Our apps use SMS messaging to communicate with Commtel entry systems.Due to restrictions introduced by the Google Play Store, apps which are hosted there are no longer allowed to send SMS messages directly. Instead they must go through the messaging app which creates extra steps during use. If you find that cumbersome, consider downloading the direct SMS versions from this web page.
Installing Direct SMS versions -
In order to install apps on Android phones from anywhere other than the Google Play Store, it is necessary to enable in the phone's settings 'Allow installation of apps from sources other than the Play Store'.
